  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Please note: Items that have been opened, written in, or used are not eligible for return.

🔁 How to Request a Return

Simply email us at claritypagesjournal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

When we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.

💳 Refunds

If your return is accepted:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used journals

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Return requests submitted after 30 days

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at claritypagesjournal@gmail.com. We'll take care of it and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
